Interesting tidbit

Yesterday our new program management intern was kind enough to mansplain to our female associate program manager how to run her meetings. "The way 'Jim' (male associate program manager) does it is very engaging, everyone gets excited and engaged. And  you... take a lot of notes, which is great, but maybe you could take fewer notes." He then seemed to realize he was coming off as critical, in front of me and a senior program manager, and turned everything into a compliment. "Different meeting styles are so... interresting. And there's personality differences which... you can't do anything about." (Wasn't sure if he meant personalities of the PMs or personalities of the teams.)
